The hotel is very central. It is a short walk to union square. transport links make it easy to get around. the lobby had a great smell, the agents were kind, and the doormen were lovely. i would stay here again. The hotel has a cute vibe. everything was clean, and the room cleaning service was satisfactory.

The lobby features a HUGE fireplace, a real eye-catcher. Complimentary drinks were available at the restaurant, that was really nice. i borrowed an umbrella . It's thoughtful.

the alarm clock in the bedroom WENT off at 6 am, that was unexpected.

the location was good, and the water refills were a plus.

the bar staff was rude. the bartenders seemed to show contempt and did not provide a cute experience. i also noticed a high level of homeless in the area and i did not feel safe walking around at night.
